I enjoy my counselor. She listens and helps me process through my issues. We work together to create goals for myself. Written by J.E. on Jul 10, 2018 after counseling with Liz for 2 weeks on issues concerning eating, and self esteem I've only had a couple of sessions but she has been very patient & understanding so far. She's working at helping me figure out what I need so that she cane come up with ways to help me help myself. I've had a few real life therapists over the years & honestly...she's better than almost all of them! Written by J.E. on Feb 18, 2018 after counseling with Liz for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship, trauma and abuse, grief, and self esteem Liz is an amazing counselor! She is non-judgmental and respects my views and opinions. We've only had a few sessions but I feel very comfortable talking with her and am confident that she will help me with issues that I've needed to address for a very long time. She has taken the time to get to know me and my situation and has celebrated small victories with me, and that means a lot! Compassionate, but direct. |
